If you’re not completely satisfied with your LiqrAid purchase, we accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging and that proof of purchase is provided for a full refund or exchange.
2. Opened Products
We are unable to accept general returns for opened items unless there is a specific issue. If you believe your LiqrAid product has a quality defect or is damaged, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase for assistance.
3. Purchases from Retailers
If you purchased LiqrAid from a third-party retailer, please refer to the store’s return policy. Each retailer may have different guidelines, and refunds or exchanges should be processed through the place of purchase. However, if there is a quality issue, feel free to reach out to us directly.
4. Online Purchases
For LiqrAid purchases made through our official online store, please note that we may not be able to refund shipping fees unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
